A man named Faro chooses the wild over the walls of a cell, vanishing into the dense woods with his young daughter in tow. Rather than surrender to the authorities and face his punishment, he drags the girl deeper into the wilderness, hoping the trees will swallow their trail. The forest becomes their refuge, but also their cage, as Faro fights to keep his freedom and protect the child from the life he left behind.
