Ari looks into Terrance's unexpected proposal to sell his stake in the agency. At the same time, Turtle gears up for Jamie-Lynn's upcoming departure, while Drama struggles to keep his composure during his audition for Melrose 2009, allowing his feelings to overwhelm him.
