Simone and her friends come together to support Amara as she navigates her next steps following some surprising revelations. Coach Marcus is thrilled about the all-HBCU baseball game he's organized, but when a former teammate resurfaces, it brings up painful memories that threaten to disrupt everything. While Damon, JR, and the rest of the team concentrate on the game, they encounter unexpected challenges and fresh rivals. Thea faces a dangerous situation that ends one relationship and opens the door for a new one. At the same time, Simone finds it difficult to explain to Jordan her decision to end her friendship with Damon.
