With her high school reunion approaching, Elyse hears from her old friend, Roger "Eggy" Erdman, a once-awkward classmate who has become a wealthy entrepreneur. Although they never dated, Elyse and Eggy shared an unusual friendship; she was the queen bee of their class while he was the lovable nerd. Elyse fills her family in on their dynamic, revealing that she had often stepped in to protect Roger from bullies and help him navigate his own clumsy mishaps.
