Three years have gone by since Neo Kyoto's downfall, transforming the city entirely. The King's envoys, known as KUGE, now roam the streets. Amidst this turmoil, a girl flees from their grasp, refusing to defend herself despite their attacks. Once hailed as the strongest girl in Neo Kyoto, she now feels trapped and hopeless. Just then, another girl, cloaked in a hood, appears and says, “It’s been three years... I finally found you." She extends her hand toward her, revealing herself as Hiyori, Teruto's apprentice.
