Hooker and Romano, accompanied by Stacy and Corrigan, apprehend a suspect linked to a recently stolen vehicle. However, their discovery takes a darker turn when they open the trunk and find the body of a teenage girl. The coroner's findings indicate that she was a heavy cocaine user and had undergone a rough, illegal abortion. As they dig deeper, the team uncovers a disturbing operation that ensnares vulnerable young girls, introducing them to drugs and coercing them into producing underage pornography to fund their addiction.
