Derrick and Henry head to Texas to assist their neighbors, Monica and Robert, with two animals named Penelope. The cow, Penelope, requires a special boot to allow her to graze comfortably, while the dog, also named Penelope, struggles with significant nerve damage that prevents her from controlling her hind legs.
