Patrol Officer Nick Garruto is in a tense chase after a group of car thieves. Meanwhile, Patrolman Bill Gibson pulls over a driver suspected of being involved in drug trafficking. Additionally, another driver, clearly unsteady, has indulged in one too many margaritas and is now struggling to stay in control on the road.
