Mark, hailing from Hampshire, dedicates an entire hour daily to ensuring his curtains hang perfectly with symmetrical pleats. He meets with Julie Arkwright, a single mother of two from Lancashire, whose family has a history of hoarding—her grandmother and mother both struggled with it as well. Additionally, 29-year-old Cheyza Burch from Cambridge joins the team, heading to Oxfordshire to assist Amanda, a compulsive shopper.
