In Mesa County, deputies apprehend a man after his own mother reports him. Meanwhile, in Virginia Beach, a father of five admits to driving without a license, while a woman finds herself behind bars for the first time due to a photo album. Over in Modesto, a man trying to make a quick cigarette run ends up in trouble for outstanding misdemeanor warrants, and a young, reckless driver is taken into custody when officers discover a hidden supply of drugs in the vehicle.
