S04E13 The Good Fight

WILL SYD RESIST HER ATTORNEY'S APPROACH? -- Syd (Melina Kanakaredes) encounters the charming and talented lawyer Owen Frank (guest star George Newburn), who is set to represent her in the malpractice case, but his determination proves formidable. Joanie (Paula Cale) hesitates to escalate her romantic relationship with Phil (Dan Montgomery) to a more intimate stage. Meanwhile, Robbie (Seth Peterson) and Tina (Maria Pitillo) attempt to play matchmakers for Pete (Alex D. Linz) and his sporty friend, Nicky (guest star Brenda Grate). Additionally, Jim (Mike Farrell) conducts his first surgery since his injury and impresses Sam (Cress Williams), who informs him he no longer requires a "shadow." TV-PG
