When a wealthy CEO, played by guest star Jason Alexander, shows interest in hiring Franklin and Bash as legal representatives, the duo believes they've struck gold. However, they soon realize that the CEO's dubious and unethical actions might put them in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Karp and Hanna enlist Pindhar's help to secure a new client.
