Cat decides to throw a party but intentionally leaves out Winslow. Upset, Winslow organizes his own bash, which ends up being a lot more enjoyable than Cat's gathering. In a desperate attempt to keep Mervus and Dunglap entertained, Cat ties them up and tries to force them to have fun. However, when Dog arrives at Winslow's party, Mervus and Dunglap manage to break free and join in. Just as Cat shows up at Winslow’s party, everyone quickly decides to leave, leaving Cat alone.
