Rick Stein visits the talented young chef Tom Adams at Combeshead Farm, a prominent farm-to-table eatery in Cornwall. The farm is dedicated to cultivating and crafting all its ingredients, including sourdough bread and savory pork pies, while also raising a small herd of Mangalitsa pigs, known for their unique hair and exquisite hams. Rick experiments with a fresh dish featuring pork chops and a sloe berry sauce before heading to the village of Rock, where his son Jack organizes a clam bake along the picturesque shore of the Camel Estuary.
