In a grueling 36-hour competition, the teams face two demanding tasks. For the first challenge, they must create 36 uniform moka au cafe slices and 36 identical napoleons within a tight three-hour timeframe. Following that, the second challenge requires each team to craft an impressive showpiece dessert by transforming the traditional peach melba, all to be completed in four hours.
