As Dr. Jonathan Paige enjoys a lively pub match, he finds himself captivated by a charming football fan. However, the excitement is overshadowed by the recent release of Stuart McAire, the man who kidnapped Rhona Bishop seven years ago. Soon after, Rhona becomes the target of a troubling wave of violent incidents. While McAire emerges as the primary suspect, the motives of Rhona's husband and his brother raise suspicions, complicating the investigation and leaving everyone questioning the true source of the threat.
