Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli understand that closing a deal often involves dining at an upscale restaurant. In this episode, the bakers are challenged to craft dessert versions of classic power lunch dishes, including crab cakes paired with wedge salad, steak and fries, and even escargot! As the competition heats up, the stakes are raised, and when the check is presented, one talented baker will be eliminated from the contest.
