Three years ago, Barb and Jamie embarked on a journey to renovate their home, tackling all the work themselves. Recently, Jamie has taken on the challenge of finishing the construction solo during the evenings. Their goal is to complete the renovation of the main floor apartment so they can rent it out and start recovering from the expenses that have exceeded their budget, as well as the three years of lost rental income.
