Chef Ramsay heads to the Spanish Pavilion in Harrison, NJ, a family-owned establishment that has been around since 1976. Brothers Michael and Jerry have let their personal disagreements affect the restaurant's quality. With the head chef frequently absent and the staff feeling discontent, Chef Ramsay is intent on rejuvenating the outdated atmosphere and menu to help save the family business from decline.
