Ryan encounters his toughest assignment to date: assisting a salesperson who has never made a sale. Frank, previously employed in the restaurant industry, found himself in a difficult situation after his life took a drastic turn. His friend Paul helped him land a job selling kitchens and custom cabinets, but Frank lacks the knowledge and skills needed for the trade. Ryan realizes he must address both Frank’s professional and personal challenges. If he doesn’t develop a solid plan for Frank’s success, his boss may shut the door on him permanently.
