Twenty-one-year-old Ernesto Ivan Martinez had been cohabitating with 59-year-old Barry Horn, and they were thought to be in a romantic relationship until a conflict arose between them. Tragically, Horn was discovered murdered in his home, having suffered multiple stab wounds. Ultimately, Martinez was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for the crime.
