Title: Don't Shoot the Messenger Plot: Simone and Sipowicz delve into the murder of a woman discovered with stab wounds in her home. An immediate confession surfaces, but the truth is far more complicated. Meanwhile, Medavoy and Kirkendall pursue the assailant responsible for the shooting of a bike messenger, who was seemingly attempting to apprehend a thief. Additionally, Sipowicz is unsettled by an unexpected visit from his doctor, adding to his frustrations.
