Dark Elves are legendary beings that can absorb magic as easily as taking a breath. Reviving these Dark Elves is Isuka's goal. Ikaruga hurries back to confront her, determined to achieve two things: halt the resurrection of the Dark Elves and rescue her former friend and "family," Isuka. Meanwhile, Takeru finally stirs from the sedative that Ikaruga administered and reunites with Ouka and the girls, who have now escaped. Together, they make their way toward Ikaruga, accompanied by more than a hundred Dragoons.
