Jake and his friends are excitedly gearing up for a beach party when they discover some of their belongings have vanished. Initially, they suspect Captain Hook, who reveals that his beloved rubber ducky is also missing. With the Jolly Roger undergoing repairs, Jake and Hook join forces to track down the culprit behind the thefts. Their investigation leads them to a playful seal who enjoys juggling their stolen items. Can Jake and his crew persuade the seal and Hook to return all their belongings?
