The Goodies decide to launch their very own pirate radio station, broadcasting from a secret location to avoid the authorities. Along the way, they also stumble into running an unofficial post office, delivering mail with their own chaotic methods. Their illegal operations soon attract unwanted attention, leading to a series of comedic run-ins with the law as they try to keep their dual ventures afloat.
