After a car bombing claims the lives of two individuals, the FBI identifies a troubled Columbia student as the prime suspect. However, Ironside has his doubts and believes the true culprit lies elsewhere. As he and his team delve deeper into the investigation, they find themselves ensnared in a perilous game of cat and mouse, especially when the bomber launches another attack, putting their lives in jeopardy.
