The Heelers are worried about Tom's well-being, but even with Amy's persistent urging, he remains hesitant to visit a doctor and insists he's fine. Meanwhile, Tom finds himself deeply engaged in the situation of a young boy who is facing bullying, which brings back memories of his own childhood struggles. Additionally, Matt lends a hand to a former colleague of Tom's who comes to the station looking for assistance with a cold case.
