Meanwhile, Nick grapples with the decision of whether Luke should stay in foster care or return to live with his father after witnessing his mother in a compromising situation with a friend. In another development, Lulu prepares a trust fund for their child, suggesting that both she and Nick serve as trustees. Burton, on the other hand, is concerned about Jake, who was meant to assist with a case but seems to be distracted.
