Homeowners Bill and Gillian Pierce cherish their vintage home, yet it falls short in space, layout, and modern amenities. Architect Paul Rovinelli unveils his design for the expansion, while issues arise in both the basement and the surrounding landscape. Host Kevin O'Connor explores a nearby renovated home, and general contractor Tom Silva, alongside master carpenter Norm Abram, begins demolition with Bill, successfully removing the three-season porch by day’s end.
