S18E08 London: Miniscule House

Design engineer Joe Stuart and service designer Lina Nilsson dive into the London real estate scene by taking on the challenge of constructing their own home on a tiny 38 square metre lot. Joe creates an innovative split-level house with six half-floors aimed at making the most of the limited space. However, the project quickly falls months behind schedule and exceeds their budget by thousands of pounds.
