Rossini's Carnival has arrived, bringing with it a shabby, low-budget spectacle overseen with strict control by Mr. and Madame Rossini. Eager to take advantage of the distracted crowd, the gang and Nancy find themselves among the coconut shies and jugglers, plotting to lift a few wallets.
