Title: Pollard's Bar-B-Que Plot: Chef Robert Irvine travels to Memphis to rescue a struggling barbecue joint that has recently transitioned from a takeout service to a large dine-in establishment just four months prior. Owner Tarrance is particularly obstinate, holding tightly to his beloved family recipe while ignoring the need to adjust to the demands of a bigger restaurant.
