S08E24 The Verdict
On their way back from Hong Kong, Pam and Sue Ellen make a stop in Dallas. The Ewing 17 operation faces closure due to contaminated water, prompting J.R. to scheme against the head of the Texas Energy Commission. Bobby urges Anne, Veronica's sister, to testify on behalf of Jenna. Meanwhile, Ray is eager to have Donna return home. Anne agrees to help Bobby to a degree. As Pam and Sue Ellen arrive in Dallas, Miss Ellie suffers an emotional breakdown during the trial. Bobby tries to comfort Pam, but Jenna feels hurt witnessing their closeness. Mandy decides to end her relationship with J.R. until he divorces Sue Ellen. The court finally delivers a verdict in Jenna's murder case.
