S01E09 Troublesome Trucks
James is feeling downcast, confined to his shed as punishment for his previous mischief. The Fat Controller eventually permits him to work again, assigning him to pull a goods train. However, the trucks are unruly and refuse to cooperate. While ascending Gordon's Hill, a coupling snaps, causing the last few trucks to tumble back down. James rushes to retrieve them, with the Guard ensuring their safety, and bravely attempts the climb up the hill again...
