Suzanne persuades Charlene that Bill ought to explore more dating opportunities before they take their relationship to the next level. Meanwhile, the two women plot a clever retaliation against a group of chauvinistic construction workers who are working nearby. Determined to stand up against the disrespectful behavior, they devise a plan to teach the hardhats a lesson, blending humor and empowerment in their efforts.
