In south London, Del and Dael Anglin, a father-son duo, find themselves receiving death threats from a debtor's father when they visit a property to collect an outstanding debt of over £3,500. Simultaneously, in east London, two agents encounter a tenant who insists he was never informed about his eviction from his cramped bedsit. Del and Brian work to recover £6,000 that a London hotel owes to a catering supply business, while Paul and Steve face the challenge of managing a tricky eviction situation.
