Meanwhile, in Riverside County, CA, Deputy Matthew Sims investigates a car with malfunctioning tail lights, where a fellow officer detects the scent of marijuana emanating from one of the three occupants. Over in Wichita, KS, Officer Javier Guete observes a car leaving a recognized drug residence and follows it, ultimately pulling over the driver for a cracked windshield.
