Struggling with self-doubt, Debbie resorts to illegal methods to ensure Franny has a prosperous future. Meanwhile, Lip triumphs in rehab and is committed to maintaining his sobriety. Carl contemplates undergoing surgery after discovering he’s the only brother who hasn't been circumcised. Additionally, Ian grows increasingly uneasy about Caleb's friend, Denise, sensing that something isn't right.
