S05E10 The Dreams of Dylan McKay
Dylan grapples with a series of strange dreams while fighting for his life. He repeatedly dreams of trying to rescue Erica from an oncoming train, while Suzanne, Kevin, and his dealer threaten him. A medical student becomes intrigued by Dylan's plight, suggesting that his nightmares symbolize a struggle for his soul. As Dylan's condition deteriorates, an uplifting chat with his father helps him regain strength. He wakes up to find his mother by his side. Meanwhile, Steve and Brandon lead the KEG house team in a flag football game, but their focus shifts to Dylan's accident. Tension arises when Steve's father takes on the role of unofficial coach, leading Steve to consider taking over the Peach Pit After Dark.
