Arthur is adamant about not selling trendy items like cronuts and macchiatos, nor does he want to update his old-fashioned shop, which has remained unchanged since 1969. However, everything shifts when the ambitious Franco charms his way into Arthur's world as his sole employee. Franco persuades Arthur that he can modernize both the shop and Arthur himself, bridging the gap to the 21st century.
