Things pick up speed when returning customer Mark Bassett arrives with a late 1800s Velocipede, also known as a railroad hand-car. Can Rick transform this beaten-up vehicle into a stunning piece worthy of a museum, or will the endeavor go off track? Meanwhile, the shop gets energized by a 1940s Battery Charger that comes in. Will Rick be able to revitalize this project, or will the restoration lose momentum?
