S01E04 The Moon Water Dance

As children, Ichiyo and Syurin bond while playing in the courtyard of the Celestial Palace of the Jade Pond. Intrigued, Syurin inquires about Ichiyo's servant-god, Tenko. This prompts Ichiyo to reminisce about their initial encounter. He remembers wandering through a dense forest, having lost his way from Minister Sonto of Kashi, until he stumbled upon a hidden shrine. Within its depths, he discovered a man bound by a powerful seal, marking the beginning of their unique connection.
