With holiday turkeys being prepared in a multitude of ways—smoked, fried, brined, roasted, and even wrapped in bacon—host Jesse Palmer challenges the bakers to create five distinct turkey-themed desserts for the Preheat challenge. The contestants then split into teams to craft a series of pies designed to lead judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman, and Carla Hall through a flavorful experience akin to a bourbon tasting. It’s time to raise those bottom crusts! Ultimately, one baker will have to leave the competition.
