A nasty strain of flu hits, and the only remedy is a foul-smelling Indian potion created by Marilyn, which prevents Joel from fully enjoying a visit from his fiancée Elaine, who is in town from New York. Meanwhile, Elaine begins to bond with Maggie, adding an unexpected twist to the visit.
