At a derelict construction site, Hill and Renko attempt to convince an elderly black grandmother to relocate. Meanwhile, Goldblume is working to prevent an anxious old man from leaping off a ledge due to his concerns about his new home. Belker interrupts a robbery while also in the process of securing a bank loan. Additionally, LaRue and Washington clash with an undercover narcotics officer who is targeting the same cocaine dealer they are pursuing.
