Belker moves into Hunter's RV for a short while, while Joyce presents a new police department head to the Hill before transitioning to her new role as an ADA. LaRue takes pleasure in the videotape that captures Mayo's undercover meeting with Dr. Ted Rose. Meanwhile, Fabian's mother comes back to take him away. In another part of town, Hill and Renko confront a man burdened with multiple outstanding warrants, who is reeling from the recent tragic loss of his entire family in a hit-and-run accident.
