While the Mercury crew gears up for their upcoming charter, Captain Kerry informs them that he has requested Kyle’s resignation. Tensions escalate as both the interior and exterior teams find themselves overwhelmed with additional responsibilities. To help alleviate some of the burden, Captain Kerry steps in to assist the deck crew.
