S01E03 Part Three: The Sand Storm

As 1980 draws near and the crisis shows no signs of resolution, both American and Iranian media amplify the escalating situation. With diplomatic attempts to free the hostages proving unsuccessful and their conditions worsening, President Carter initiates a rescue mission, which ultimately ends in tragedy.
