S01E01 Aileen Wuornos: The Damsel of Death

In 1989, the lifeless body of Richard Mallory is discovered concealed in the underbrush along a Florida highway, marking the beginning of a series of seven homicides in comparable circumstances. The perpetrator is Aileen Wuornos, a woman escaping a tumultuous history and longing for companionship. Rather than discovering affection, The Damsel of Death becomes consumed by a growing fury that culminates in violence as she claims her initial victim.
