The observational documentary is back, offering a glimpse into the daily operations of Balham Park Surgery in London, which serves over 18,000 patients. Dr. Sara Kayat faces the challenge of assisting a patient in the midst of a panic attack, while Dr. Clare Taylor finds herself managing a critical situation as an asthmatic patient suffers a severe attack right at the surgery. Meanwhile, Dr. William Laird must deliver the difficult diagnosis of stomach cancer to one of his patients, and another man shares the harrowing experience that led to his hospitalization due to throat cancer. Additionally, a young man turns to Dr. Chris Pearce for guidance amid conflicting information about his fertility.
